New Survey Finds That Face Coverings Improve Clients' Comfortability & Safety While Receiving Haircuts

Sport Clips Haircuts locations around the country are reopen for business. For more than 25 years, we have been committed to ensuring the well-being of our Clients and Team Members, and we have continued to enhance our daily operations and procedures to continue that effort – now more than ever.

Recently, Sports Clips surveyed our haircut clients. During this survey, they were asked what makes them the most comfortable about getting a haircut as salons and shops begin to reopen after mandatory COVID-19 shutdowns over the past few months.

Comprised of 1,850 Sports Clips locations, we received some great insight into our client base. 26% of our clients said that additional disinfecting of all equipment and fresh capes between clients helps lower their worries about returning for a haircut. Coming in at 22%, online check-in for a haircut continues to help ensure customers are comfortable and safe. Contactless payment and availability of hand sanitizer, coming in at 1% and 3% respectively and prove to be less critical to haircut clients overall. Lastly, only 8% said the "shortest wait time" was valuable in choosing Sport Clips.

It is important to note that 87% of Clients shared they would not hesitate to come back for a haircut after visiting and experiencing our COVID-19 safety precautions and procedures.
